New Possible is on a mission to help every leader unlock the competitive advantage of their people. We do this by turning employee feedback into the kind of meaningful insight that can build a more engaged workforce.

We also want to celebrate the organisations that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience, and following a mammoth British HR Awards 2022 campaign, we’re delighted that our quest to find Britain’s HR all-stars is back!

Firms previously taking part include innovative start-ups, tech unicorns, global giants, not for profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible said: “Our 2022 campaign showcased Britain as a hotbed of HR innovation, and we know there are many inspirational teams and individuals out there that are building truly world-class people experiences. We’re excited to kick-off this latest search and look forward to announcing the Finalists and Winners in due course.”

Take part in the ‘Best Overall People Experience’ category

The ‘Best Overall People Experience’ categories are decided by employee feedback captured using New Possible’s next generation NP360 assessment. To receive a personalised feedback link, email us at hello@newpossible.io. Feedback can be collected until February 8th.

NP360 is a short survey that gathers a 360-degree view of your people experience across seven themes, including satisfaction, wellbeing, work-life balance, relationships, culture, purpose and engagement. Individual responses are anonymous, and feedback is only shared with you.

After Winners have been announced, New Possible will provide you with a copy of responses and a free summary report.
