Firms previously taking part include start-up pioneers, tech unicorns, global titans, not for profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.
There's no cost to take part and you can enter here.

Take part in the ‘Best Overall People Experience’ category
The ‘Best Overall People Experience’ categories are decided by employee feedback captured using New Possible’s next generation NP360 assessment. To receive a personalised feedback link, email us at hello@newpossible.io, or register your interest via the entry form. Feedback can be collected until February 5th.
NP360 is a short survey that gathers a 360-degree view of your people experience across seven themes, including satisfaction, wellbeing, work-life balance, relationships, purpose, culture and engagement. Individual responses are anonymous, and feedback is only shared with you.
After Winners have been announced, New Possible will provide you with a copy of responses and a free summary report.
