New Possible is on a mission to help every leader unlock the competitive advantage of their people. We do this by turning employee feedback into the kind of meaningful insight that can build a more engaged workforce.

We also want to celebrate the organisations that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience, and following a mammoth British HR Awards 2023 campaign, we’re delighted to announce that our quest to find Britain’s HR all-stars is back!

Firms previously taking part include start-up pioneers, tech unicorns, global titans, not for profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible said: “Our 2023 campaign showcased the talented, committed, and passionate teams and individuals that are having a positive impact on the working lives of so many people across the UK and beyond. We’re excited to kick-off this latest search for the UK’s HR all-stars and look forward to announcing the Finalists and Winners in due course.”

Below you can find out more about the British HR Awards, including key dates, why you should consider getting involved and how to get started.

Take part in the ‘Best Overall People Experience’ award

The ‘Best Overall People Experience’ categories are decided by employee feedback captured using New Possible’s next generation NP360 assessment. To receive a personalised feedback link, email us at hello@newpossible.io or register your interest via the entry form. Feedback can be collected until February 21st.

NP360 is a short survey that gathers a 360-degree view of your people experience across seven themes, including satisfaction, wellbeing, fatigue, work-life balance, relationships, culture and engagement. Individual responses are anonymous, and feedback is only shared with you.

After Winners have been announced, New Possible will provide you with a copy of responses and a free summary report.
