Since launching in November 2021, New Possible has captured feedback for over 220 organisations, across 20+ sectors.
While responses are predominantly UK‑based, we’ve also gathered feedback globally in 25+ languages.
Benchmarking can help you contextualise your results, and in this article, we share our approach to benchmarking and data collection.
Our approach to benchmarking
Benchmarkable questions include the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and NP360.
We typically compare organisations against our all-organisations benchmark.
This provides the most robust comparison because it draws on our broadest dataset and reflects the diversity of opportunities available to employees in the market.
Where helpful, we can also provide sector‑level comparisons and may proactively share additional data sources to help further contextualise your results.
How we collect our data
Approximately 86% of responses are from the organisations we actively work with, and 14% are from marketing-led campaigns. All feedback is captured via organisation‑unique survey links on New Possible.
Surveys can be completed on mobile or desktop through an email invitation, QR code, or kiosk. Employees do not need to download any software, and technical protections prevent multiple submissions from the same device.
We also use representative consumer panels for certain research projects. This includes, but is not limited to, our What Workers Want survey and the snapshot polls featured in our Out Of Office podcast.

In the numbers cited above:
- Organisations that manage multiple brands or divisions have been treated as a single entity.
- Organisations with less than 5 responses have been excluded.
We never share identifiable information between organisations when creating benchmarks.
