We're excited to introduce the fourth edition of the British Training Awards! Will you join our quest to discover and celebrate the individuals, teams and suppliers who are passionate about L&D's role in building a thriving workforce?

As the world changes at pace, organisations must learn and adapt faster than ever before. Success depends on an agile workforce, and our mission is to recognise the teams and individuals driving that change.”

What is our Judging panel looking for?
- Impactful initiatives that are clearly explained.
- A clear rationale for why the initiatives were implemented, including their objectives and what has been achieved.
- Evidence of success: What were the overall outcomes and impacts of the initiatives? Ideally metrics, but feedback, anecdotes, or case studies are also welcome. Judges will look for return on investment and tangible impact since implementation.
- Achievements outlined in the entry should have occurred in the past 12 months.

- Receive great PR: We’ll be profiling our Winners and issuing a press release to help promote the teams and individuals recognised by the British Training Awards.
