New Possible is on a mission to help every leader unlock the competitive advantage of their people. We do this by turning employee feedback into the kind of meaningful insight that can build a more engaged workforce.

We also want to highlight the successes of organisations that are truly passionate about learning and development’s role in building a thriving organisation, and following a mammoth British Training Awards 2023 campaign, we’re delighted to announce that our quest to find Britain’s L&D all-stars is back!

Firms previously taking part include start-up pioneers, tech unicorns, global titans, not for profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible said: “Our 2023 campaign showcased many of the inspirational teams and individuals whose transformational approaches to L&D are unlocking the potential of workforces across the UK and beyond. We’re excited to kick-off our latest search for L&D’s all-stars and look forward to revealing the Finalists and Winners in due course.”
