Now in our fourth year, the British Recruitment Awards are back! Will you join our quest to discover and celebrate the individuals, teams and agencies who are passionate about recruitment's role in building a thriving workforce?

Nominations are open to everyone. Firms previously taking part include start-up pioneers, tech unicorns, global titans, not-for-profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.

There's no cost to take part and you can enter here.

Categories

With exciting new categories like ‘AI in Recruitment Initiative of the Year’ and the return of many firm favourites, there’s sure to be a category for you. Explore all the categories by clicking here.

The 'Candidate Experience of the Year' and 'Best Place to Work in Recruitment' categories are based on feedback from your candidates and/or employees. If you choose to enter either category (there's no cost), we’ll send you a personalised feedback link. Once Winners are announced, New Possible will share the responses with you, along with a free summary report. You can also request a feedback link by emailing hello@newpossible.io.

What is our Judging panel looking for?

  • Impactful initiatives that are clearly explained.
  • A clear rationale for why the initiatives were implemented, including their objectives and what has been achieved.
  • Evidence of success: What were the overall outcomes and impacts of the initiatives? Ideally metrics, but feedback, anecdotes, or case studies are also welcome. Judges will look for return on investment and tangible impact since implementation.
  • Achievements outlined in the entry should have occurred in the past 12 months.

  • Promote your organisation to a wide audience: Being named a Finalist or indeed a Winner will help to raise the profile of your organisation across customers, partners, and potential employees.
  • Recognise the work of your people: Highlight the individuals and teams who are helping to power your organisation forward.
  • Receive great PR: We’ll be profiling our Winners and issuing a press release to help promote the teams and individuals recognised by the British Recruitment Awards.

Awards ceremony

We’ll celebrate our Finalists and announce Winners on the evening of 12th November 2025 at the iconic Grand Hall, Grand Connaught Rooms, in Covent Garden, London. It's going to be a night to remember!
