New Possible is on a mission to help every leader unlock the competitive advantage of their people. We do this by turning employee feedback into the kind of meaningful insight that can build a more engaged workforce.
We also want to celebrate the organisations that are truly passionate about recruitment’s role in building a thriving organisation, and following a mammoth British Recruitment Awards 2022 campaign, we’re delighted that our quest to find Britain’s recruitment all-stars is back!
Firms previously taking part include innovative start-ups, tech unicorns, global giants, not for profits and everything in between. However big or small, we’d love to hear how your initiatives are helping to create a better working world.

The ‘Candidate Experience of the Year’ award is decided by candidate feedback captured using a short survey. Individual responses are anonymous, and feedback is only shared with you. To receive a personalised feedback link, email us at hello@newpossible.io. Feedback can be collected until September 27th.
After Winners have been announced, New Possible will provide you with a copy of responses and a free summary report.
Take part in the ‘Best Place to Work in Recruitment’ award
The ‘Best Place to Work in Recruitment’ categories are decided by employee feedback captured using New Possible’s next generation NP360 assessment. To receive a personalised feedback link, email us at hello@newpossible.io. Feedback can be collected until September 27th.
NP360 is a short survey that gathers a 360-degree view of your people experience across seven themes, including satisfaction, wellbeing, work-life balance, relationships, culture, purpose and engagement. Individual responses are anonymous, and feedback is only shared with you.
