We spend a quarter of our adult lives at work - around 90,000 hours on average. And yet, research suggests that just a third of us are engaged at work. What if we could achieve more? By completing one of our surveys, you’re helping to drive positive change that will help to create a better future of work for everyone.
An approach that’s more than just once a year
We understand that how you feel and what matters to you today, may be different in a few months’ time. That’s why you may be invited to leave feedback throughout the year.
How does New Possible maintain confidentiality?
By keeping feedback anonymous, your employer is more likely to hear the honest feedback they need to take actions that build better people experiences.
We protect your confidentiality in the following ways:
- Your identity is never shared with your employer
- Employers can view feedback across their organisation, or by team, but only if your team has 4 or more members
When you receive an email from us, the survey link is personalised to you. This is so that we can send you a friendly reminder if you haven’t yet completed a survey. It’s never used to share your identity.
