Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

Ideally, you'll bring 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role. You should enjoy transforming data into actionable insights and be proficient with Excel. Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or database design is also highly desirable.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact at an ambitious and growing North West tech start-up.

Role requirements:

  • 3-4+ years experience in a client facing role
  • Good reasoning skills and the ability to make data actionable
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP
  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or database design
  • A motivated self-starter who can prioritise, plan and work independently

What you'll be doing

Working directly with our Founder and insights team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a great client experience, including:

  • Responsible for developing and managing key client projects, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and on time
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Proactively engage clients, deliver insight sessions and support demo calls
  • Help promote New Possible, including generating content ideas for our website and social channels
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
