Our APIs support automated employee list management and survey response extraction. And we also support single sign-on (SSO) through Microsoft and Google, with flexibility for further customisation.
Together, these capabilities enable data to move securely and seamlessly between New Possible and your existing platforms, while making it easier for employees to access the tools they need.
New Possible APIs explained
New Possible customers have access to two core APIs:
- Employee list management: Connect New Possible to your HR information system and automatically add, update or remove employees. Core data can include an employee’s name, email address and team, alongside additional parameters such as start date, exit date, language and custom fields. These parameters can also be used to trigger onboarding and exit surveys automatically or send survey invitations in an employee’s local language.
- Response extraction: Export survey responses from New Possible and automatically incorporate them into your existing workflow.
Alongside our APIs, you can set automatic data retention periods and manually exclude individual employees within the Client Portal.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single sign-on enables employees to use their existing organisational credentials to access New Possible securely. Employees can sign in using either their Google or Microsoft account, with custom OAuth integrations also available at no additional cost.
To access New Possible, an individual must be assigned relevant permissions.
Employees do not need to be signed in to complete surveys or engage with TrustChat. Sign-in is only required to access data or participate in Ideas Forum.
