Facilitation Skills Programme – What it covers:
A two-day, practical immersive course that builds essential facilitation techniques for designing and delivering engaging, inclusive group experiences. Participants learn about group dynamics, managing challenge, and creating safe spaces for learning and discussion. Includes pre-work and follow-up support to embed practice.
Aimed at anyone who delivers sessions, meetings, workshops, or learning whether formally or informally. This includes leaders, project leads, HR and OD professionals, trainers, and anyone who needs to bring people together to think, learn, or take action.
